I watched the live presentation of these clogs before I ordered.  Item number A641023.  The host said to size up -- if you're an 8 1/2 get the 9.  My shoe size is 8 1/5 medium.  I ordered a 9 medium.  They arrived today, and they are huge.  I read the reviews, and almost every review says the same thing -- they are huge, they do not fit, returning.

This is very frustrating.  The vendor was standing there during the presentation and didn't correct the host or add any sizing information.  

And worse, there is no return label in the box!

How frustrating, @walkingal . I would be ticked, too.

I love Spenco/Revitalign thong sandals.  I own several pair.  I wear an 8 or 8 1/2 and always order a 9. 

I agree, however, these looked huge on the host.

@walkingal that's so frustrating when that happens. Shoes of any kind are so hard to buy online.

I'd call CS or e-mail the qvc social team and have them help you so you don't have to pay $$ for the return and/or exchange.

I've tried different styles styles of Revitalign clogs and slides, none of which was adjustable.  I've found they all run long and excessively wide.  I walk out of them.

The recent loafer style TSV, however, fit fine.

I am same size as you & wanted to order the 9 peach but it sold out quickly.  To me, they look just like Crocs clogs. Did they feel any different than their other shoes?  Was the return label on front of box in plastic mailer ?  They usually do this.   Too bad sizing was incorrect. A lot of returns for them & pricey for you.

@AZfem  The peach is a pretty color.  But I got the soft white.  It's hard to compare them to other shoes because they're rubbery, like a beach or shower slide.  Maybe I should try Crocs!  I don't see a return label anywhere.  Another extra trip to the post office.

I own these in the blue and have the cream on waitlist.  For me they are true to size.  I always wear an 8M so that's what I ordered.  They fit perfect for me and are not huge, which is why I ordered another pair.  The warm up on the foot and "mold" to your foot.  I wear an 8M in any shoe.
