Wink Natural Ostrich very stiff.

I received my bag and it is nice. I am on the fence. I wonder exactly how much it will soften up? It seems very very stiff now. It doesn't "puddle" like a hobo, although I have it on the door training it. I just am up in the air about keeping it or returning and choosing a Dooney. I don't want to let it go if it's going to improve. Anyone else have any thoughts on the ostrich?
