Unless the shoes are defective, I can't understand why QVC or any other store would accept them for a full refund if they have been worn outdoors for any length of time up to 90 days. Especially if the reason is that a person doesn't like them. I'm not sure I'd trust a comment like that from a show host!

Yeah, this all seems like BS to me.

As much as I know the 90 days rule is available not for all the stores.
