Just go to your account & look at the details of your purchase...you'll find what CS told you is correct & you weren't deceived. Good grief, everyone should pay attention when placing an order....it's not complicated, it's easy.

Not only do they typically not return, there is no exchange from them within their original post.

Hello Kachina624: I want the ENTIRE EASY PAY REFUND, BUT IF YOU READ MY POST, they took out shipping to me and what it cost ME to ship back to them resulting in $5.05, ridiculous. I am SO UPSET AT THE DECEPTION!!

What was the total of the easy pay? Is it possibly you did get a refund of your first - and only - payment?

There is no deception. You need to listen more closely and read more carefully.
When you place an order, it defaults to Easy Pay unless you change it to a single payment. It's clearly show in the checkout area.
Shipping is charged on returns, which is calculated as a deduction on your refund - you receive the net amount. The only time you are not charges is if the item was defective.
Exchanges of the same item ship for free, as long as they have the new size/color you're requesting If they didn't have a replacement, return shipping is charged.

@gift message on order, if in fact you are not a bot I do apologize. Websites, message boards seem more and more a playground for them. Even some very innocuous sites.
Some do return to the site.
If someone mistakenly and unintentionally uses Easy Pay it's very easy to go to your account and pay off the item as if it never on Easy Pay.
There are many retailers that do not offer free returns. I've found they also have higher shipping fees. Some even subtract for a restocking fee.

If you used Easy Pay you are refunded however many installments you have paid minus return shipping charge.
