Hello:  I am or might be WAS a dedicated QVC shopper who just got off the phone with a CS rep.  I returned a pair of shoes that DID NOT FIT.  I requested a refund and she said she could only give me $5.05 back!!!!   I told her it was free returns and she said no, it's free returns with exchanges.  I said but you have nothing else to offer me; the shoes are too small and there is no other size!!  I am so ANGRY!!!!!  This is deceiving and I DEMAND A FULL REFUND on a product I cannot use!!!   It was set up on Easy Pay which was a surprise to me; I did not choose this.  Is there anyone out there that can help me???   I am so dissatified with QVC now!!!!!   VERY VERY VERY ANGRY!!!!!!!!!

@gift message on order  Call again and speak to a manager. Let them know you would like to exchange for the next size up. If not available, that's on them. You are willing to EXCHANGE rather than return. They should give full credit. 
You  can also contact  the QVCSOCIALTEAM@QVC.COM.  They are fabulous and very helpful. I would start there.

@gift message on order. You got the correct refund according to QVC policy.  You didn't ask for an exchange. You asked for a refund and that's what you got.   I don't know of any online merchant that would have done it differently unless they had a stated exception to this standard practice.

 

When you placed your order, Easy Pay was the default, as it is for most people, but you have the option of changing it.

I don't think it's possible to speak with a manager, at least that was always my experience with that request.  As stated above, email the social team.

@rms1954.  I don't recall having anyone report they talked to a supervisor or manager.   I doubt they exist.

If you purchase an item on easy pay you only paid the first installment plus the shipping charge. So, when you return something purchased on easy pay you will only be entitled to get get back that first payment installment with the rest being canceled. You wouldn't get the full purchase price back 7nless you paid the full price up front which you said was not the case. Usually the easy pay is the default method so if you want to pay for the item in full you need to choose that option at check out.

You say you are a "dedicated" QVC shopper yet you do not know the return policy or that you paid with easy pay? Seems you should know the policy if you shop with QVC. Read the return and exchange policy.

When you checkout it says that you are getting easy pay and asks if you want to change it.  Sounds like you need to be  more careful when ordering if you don't want easy pay.
