This is the first time I received a used pair of shoes and I'm so disappointed with QVC. I would understand if it was an as-is item, but I don't want to pay full price for a new pair that's used.
I wanted to give others a heads-up. This seems to happen more often than I thought unfortunately.

I keep reading more and more about these situations. What's going on at the Q? Bad quality control?

@Allieoh - Make sure, when you return them, that you mark them as "defective" and put a comment on the slip that they're used.

Does "used" mean they show signs of wear or sign of having been tried on?

@Kachina624 @The shoes had dirt on the bottom sole. I wouldn't mind just being tried on. I buy shoes from DSW and assume they've all been tried on.
