My daughter was on waitlist for the natural ostrich and guess what? She got hers today and it is blotched with paint smatters all over it!!!! Why would they send the defective bags out again?

That's wrong for a company to send out defective or used merchandise.

For instance, they could establish a policy internally, to make sure ALL returns are quality inspected before resale. Self policing so to speak.

I was hoping you had a plan to make them stop doing it. I wish there was one, because it's horribly unfair, bad business, and frustrating. And at the same time they send out letters to people who return too much.
