Did anyone stick a penny in their loafers?

I had a pair those peny loafers. and a pair of oxfords bucks from Bass  beige color.   Now I have a pair of oxford bucks in winter white.   My granddaughter wanted a pair of black and white oxfords for an event at school.  Then ended up wearing them out.  We were able to find them at Payless Shoe before then went out of business.

I still have and wear Hush Puppies oxfords and loafers  love them  have them in lots of different colors.... so comfort  I AM ABOUT COMFORT.   if your feet hurt you kick off the shoe or it ruins your day.    So why spend the money to be fashionable miserable?

I haven't waded through all the posts on this subject but has anyone mentioned spectator shoes? I love them and I think they're just about inpossible to find now. Are they even made anymore?

lol, my sister and I were just talking about that today. Can you imagine how much radiation exposure our feet (and everyone else's) got? Makes me laugh but it also makes me cringe at the thought of how we'd stick our feet into those things every chance we got.
