Question about shipping?

I ordered A235158 VB Two-way Tote on December 11th for a Christmas present for my daughter. It is still "in process" as of today, 12/16. Are VB shipped directly from the company or QVC? Also, none of the Vera's I viewed state like other items on the site "Order by December 20th with a credit card and guarantee Christmas delivery. I am worried that this is not going to ship. Thank you in advance.
