Question about Dooney.com return

I ordered the calf yellow medium zip pocket sac and it is huge!! I am a big bag girl and it is still too big for me--alas, it must be returned.

I want a refund, but on the shipping paper it has three boxes. one, you put the item being returned. two, you put the style you want it replaced with (i don't want a replacement). The third, it says to credit my account. I don't want a credit on Dooney.com, I want my money back on my card.

Do I need to do anything, or does credit my account meant to credit by the original purchase method??

Any help you ladies can give would be greatly appreciated
