Quality just not there anymore

I ordered ryka waterproof zip sneakers and read reviews and people have same problem with zipper on sneaker coming undone. Ordered another pair of rykas and just out of box eyelet fell out of sneaker, I loved rykas but quality just isn't there anymore.
