Quality Control?

Does anyone out there know how the Q does the inspection/quality control of items that are sealed up?

Just received A226381 handbag, which was sealed in the plastic, but there is a blemish on the leather towards the bottom. If it was inspected it would have been caught.

Just wondering.....
