Purging my purse closet

I spent the afternoon going through my closet. I have 2 large bags of stuff for Goodwill and I have a white tall trash bag full of purses I am donating to my church's thrift store. I was surprised at how out of date some of them have become - and I'm not a person who is a slave to the trends. They are all still in like new condition but they are just no longer stylish. Several are sak bags so I washed them first and the others I sprayed the inside throughly with lysol. I kept all my VB bags ! I am down to 11 total which is way more than I actually need. Purging them made a lot of room on my closet shelf.I also threw away 6 pairs of shoes - now that hurt because I spend a lot for my shoes - but they were too worn to look nice anymore, and I have a pair of dress Clarks that I am taking to the shoemaker for heels and soles - do they still do that anymore? It is so nice to look at a neat tidy closet.
