Please help...can GILI ostrich be cleaned?

Hi... I just received an "as is" GILI medium Roma tote in natural ostrich...I love the shape of the bag, but it looks like it has several light scratches and water marks. I'm wondering if there is any way to clean it...any suggestions or helpful hints are greatly appreciated! Thanks!
