What do you think of this idea?

Sounds like a great idea but I question the execution. I seriously doubt the show would be practical and comfortable at all those heel heights and that the heel would actually work satisfactorily.

Ummm, NO! I had a heel break on me once and I would have zero confidence in the performance of this type of shoe.

Have seen ads for this type of shoe before. Concept is fascinating, but my pragmatic brain says "BEWARE!"
This would be an accident waiting to happen in my life. LOL.

Unless there is a way to lock the heel completely I wouldn't want to try them.

Isn't there normally a curved steel shank in a high heel shoe?
How does that "translate" when you switch from high to a low heel.
Not that any of that matters to me - I haven't been able to wear high heels for quite a few years..

@ALRATIBA I was thinking the same. Unless the shank of the shoe is flexible, but this would make the shoe unstable. If it is not, the the front of the shoe would pitch upwards like a court jester's. All in all a no for me.

I saw those on Shark Tank and although I like the idea, I don't particularly care for this design. I think with some work it could be something I might consider though especially if it's easy to convert.

I am skeptical that the shoes can provide the stability and support needed for wearing for extended periods of time. I see that the sole is flexible and I would have to see a live presentation to judge more. I wonder if the "Stelo for Support" is worn to provide support and shaping as the heel height is changed. I think my feet are too old and damaged to even think about this idea.

Iinteresting idea, but like others here, unsure if the shoe really works & wears well.
