Paging NHkvs...'bay question?

Hi Karen,

Someone suggested I ask you this question as you have experience in this area:

Quick question....in the past when I have tried to contact a seller on the 'bay' about lowering their price, I have had a message saying that contacting a seller about that is not okay and the question gets deleted. How do you get a seller to contact you about lowering a price if eBay does not allow it?
