I bought a pair of suede boots at the end of October last year.  At first they did not bother me and then the rubbing started on my right foot on one toe.  I did not wear them for a while and at the end of Jan. started again and ended up developing a corn.  This is a first for me with Clarks.  I had to go to the foot dr. I finally contacted Clarks by email and I was told I could return the boots to the store where I purchased (90 days cash refund or credit card & after 90 days store credit).  I returned the boots today to the store and received a store credit.  They were low on my size in the store.  I was very grateful that I received the credit as I could not wear the boots.  At least they do stand behind their product.   Cat Very Happy

I love Clark's and probably have about 50 pair.  Just recently purchased a white pair from Shoe Buy for $22 -- Clarene Award wedge sandals.  We have an outlet where I live and I've purchased most of them there.  I've probably been buying them for about 20 years.  I did have a pair of black mule's that finally came apart at the seams and I had to toss them.  They weren't that old.  The price has gone up considerably.  I entered a drawing at a new Clark's store in Petaluma, Ca. and won $200 worth of shoes!  That was so exciting.  I could pick any shoes I wanted.
