I once shopped there in the early 2000s for casual sneaker type shoes, fisherman's & other sandals & other similar weekend recreation styles. I never shopped for heels or dressy shoes (before I doscovered Ross, Marshall's). They were at that time decent quality for the price and I took advantage of the BOGO half price sales.

But as the years passed, even before my plantar fasciitis and Achilles issues, the styles became not what I wanted and the materials in the shoes got really cheap. They became K-Mart shoes; even Target's were better.

I think they just cheap kwapped themselves out of business.
