Oyster Zip Sac arrived with different handle

I finally received my oyster florentine zip sac. I didn't notice until last night when on the DB website that the handle is the one from the medium zip hobo rather than the one used on the zip sac. It has the little gold stud adjustment rather than the belt buckle style that is shown on the website for that bag. Could that be something that was done only on the bags sold thru Macy's?

On a different topic, I noticed that Dillards has the Domed Satchel in ostrich! I always thought that bag was too large for me but it is so gorgeous in the ostrich. Just wanted to mention in case anyone is interested. They also have an ostrich tote and several other styles. Have a great Sunday everyone!
