Orthaheel questions

I got the flip flop Orthaheel in navy I really like the look and the color but I'm not so sure of the feel. I have arthritis in both knees.....when I wear these my knees do not hurt but my hip does (which doesn't ever happen)...also I get cramps in my calves. Do you think this could be from the Orthaheel? I only have about 1 week t send them back. Thanks - Sandy
