I am very upset!!! I ordered the TSV in the white and orange and first did Check/Money Order then changed it to my QCard. When I did that it said backorder. I sent Customer Service an email asking why and they said that they think they have so many in stock but when they go to fill the order they find they do not have as many as indicated. I get an email today saying that if they cannot get the item in they will cancel my order.
Why say you have so many if you are not sure. I LOVE QVC and have always gotten my things this way before but I am very disappointed. I really wanted the orange most of all. Not sure if anyone else has ever had this problem but this is my first time!! I hope this is does not become a practice because I feel it could very well discourage someone from purchasing on QVC. There are people who do not want a credit card and only order by check/money order.
As I said I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
