Online Outlet...How Often?

The outlet the end of July was my first experience. I didn't realize it was a limited time thing. Thus I "lost" the things I had in my cart...when the time ended, so did the great prices...my learning experience {#emotions_dlg.blushing}.

Having just signed up for Vera e-mails, I have a coupon to use (yay) and am trying to decide when to use. Now for the Tote sale (plus something else) or wait.{#emotions_dlg.confused1}
