This lady arrived yesterday. It is a nice, generous size. Even with the shoulder straps adjusted to their farthest position, before filling - the purse hits me in my armpit - not good. Another inch would be nice. If it does not change once loaded, with the "sag/slouch", then she will have to go back. I love the purse otherwise.

The dark brown with black lettering is nice. Why aren't all shoulder straps adjustable to the 10" length, so the woman carrying her can decide where she wants/needs the length to be? It would make life SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much easier! Some ladies like it 6", others 10" or somewhere in between. Adding another inch to the leather would not be difficult. It is probably lying in a scrap heap someplace instead of on my purse.
