Hi ladies,
You guys are always chock full of info so am I reaching out to you for your expertise. I purchased 2 pairs of Birkis during the easy pay event. I received both shoes, different styles. One pair is comfy, but the other pair gave me a blister today, so it will go back. I called customer service because I would like to exchange that pair for an additional color of the other pair. I explained to the rep the I had originally wanted the good fitting pair in 2 different colors during the easy pay event but they were completely sold out, which is why I settled for the other pair that gave me a blister. She said that could not offer me a exchange, I would have to return and reorder. But, when I reorder, I will of course lose the easy pay. Shouldn't they offer the easy pay on the new item. This rep did seem interested in my quest, but, I was wondering if any of you were in this situation and were you able to rectify it.
