No success with models closet

Several models, during several shows, on QVC2 were wearing cute acrylic and white slide chunky heeled sandals Wednesday, and I was unable to find them online, not by description or the models closet. I have never had success searching the models closet, and I do not like to bother customer service. Would QVC put their models in out of stock shoes?

@moony   I believe these may be the shoes you are talking about.  They are Vince Camuto, a low heel, acrylic over instep, and color strap across toes in 4 colors.

The model's closet is a joke.  I have never heard anyone say they found an item for which they were searching there.  It's a way for Q employees to dump people inquiring about items they see.   You'd never know they're supposed to be selling them.

I tried the Models Closet a few times & never had any luck .... so why bother if it’s worthless 👎
