No return charge for Clarks TSV.....

Got an email that there will be no charge for returns on the clarks Tsv that was so big.  I guess the overwhelming complaints and reviews made them realize the mistake.  It could have all been prevented if the hosts would have said to size down a whole size.

Must have been a big sizing error for them to make this decision. I recall seeing SOE comments that they were too big.

The problem is, mine were not too big in that way, and if I had ordered down a whole size, they would have been way too small for me. Mine had too much room around the vamp of the shoe, but the length was fine.

This is exactly why I do not order shoes off the TV anymore.  Why couldn’t the presentations have addressed It?  I’m sure someone knew. Where was the QC for mass quantities?  It’s just wrong.
