New Shoe Size Idea

I've seen a ton of different very elegant & sassy & sexy shows on the different shoe presentations. Was wondering it made some of gorgeous women's both casual, dressy, flip flop, & especially sandals in children size. I'm physical disabled & have trouble w/ my feet especially. Could u please make children's size?????????? I will be 38 in April & still have to wear children size shoes.
