Just received this today and it's a keeper. The red is everything that Lavanderjunkie said it was. It's blue red dark color. Looks georgous with the brown trim. Happy it's muted and not shiny. Perfect strap drop. Doesn't slip off the shoulder. Every stitch is in place. The cosmetic case is huge and very nice. Can hold alot of things in there. Came with a dust cover and the inside lining is grey but wish it was pink. The leather is pliable, but hope it softens up as you wear it. The only downfall to the bag is I wish the strap didn't stick straight up in the air. Too bad it didn't have some sort of hardware on it to make the strap moveable. But over all, I give it 4 stars.
