For some reason I doubt it... It could be a licensing thing... Maybe the NFL wants too big a cut... who knows, but while they did MLB last year and have expanded the line this year, and while they are now doing colleges and have indicated they're expanding that line, I've not heard a word about the NFL... I tend to steer clear of novelty bags, but was tempted by a Nationals bag and if they go there, I might have to at least consider the Patriots bag...

YES!! I called Dooney today to check on the status of my back order, and the guy told me that the NFL bags are in the planning stages now!! I asked, because it seems like people would go crazy for them, too. He told me that the MLB bags are on back order because the company didn't realize how well they'd go over! Looking forward to a 49er bag!

Yes, the solid print bags are only about a month old, maybe?? Many are on back order already!

Yep, I got an email about the new color option last month... Not sure if they're on back order already or if they've not yet been stocked. It seems like maybe Dooney has a tendency to put bags out there and show the options and colors when they aren't even available. Both versions are so cute.

I just noticed, I see the URL from my original post is MIA... I guess it would be more accurate to say I don't see it... But anyone interested can go to the DB site, and the MLB and college bags are there, though, as noted, some aren't actually available. They also said last year they would be expanding the college series. Don't know if they have or not.

I had thought maybe they weren't making NFL Dooneys as most of the items offered in the MLB collection wouldn't meet NFL stadium size regs. I guess they figured out ladies want to carry them other places than just to the games!

Hey girls, I see that the NFL Shop now has NFL Dooneys!  I've been waiting patiently and just ordered my bag.  Happy to see that these were not just limited to MLB teams!
