Never ceases to amaze me how slow QVC is.....

On Super Saturday, I ordered 3 items....a pair of shoes, WEN cleaner, and Isaac watch. The first two items have shipped out, the Isaac watch has not. QVC is a HUGE company and I would have thought they would have 'extra hands on deck' for a big event like Super Saturday (or the days following) to make sure items are shipped out in a timely manner. This happens every year, do they think customers are not going to order?
