Need wallet recommendations

I am on the hunt for a new wallet and I need brand suggestions please. I have looked at Dooney, Brahmin and Coach and felt they were too heavy. I like the checkbook style wallet minus the checkbook. I am carrying a pink eel skin wallets right now but it is starting to show some wear. I am open to any suggestions, I just think I don't know where or what to look at. Macy's is not carrying anything special neither is Nordies. I am at a loss and I want to buy a new wallet. Thanks again for any input ladies.
