Hi everyone, I received my All Weather Crescent Tote today but I can't open the purse! The zipper seems to be stuck and my co-workers and I all tried but none of us can open it! I really love the purse and don't want to return/exchange it since I live in California and it takes forever for shipments to arrive here. Has anyone else exeperienced this zipper problem before, and, if so, do you guys have any tips? I tried putting WD40 on the zipper and so far no luck so I'm letting it sit for a little. I really would hate to exchange it. Any input is greatly appreciated. Thank you!!!
