Need Suggestions for a Comfy Work Shoe

I have a chronic case of achilles tendonitis. After much trial and error in attempts to avoid surgery, I found A72590 Ryka Adjustable Strap Comfort Mary Janes which are about the only thing I can wear without pain.

Can anyone suggest a leather shoe of a similar construction that I can try, so I can add them to my work wardrobe? It would be greatly appreciated. I ordered the TSV on Saturday hoping with a heel lift I can make it work. Any other suggestions?????
