Narrow shoes...is it just me

Hi folks, I am in luv with Clarks and Orthaheel, but am I and 4 other long time QVC shoppers , from Raleigh NC, NJ and PA the only girls out there with narrow feet? We are beginning to feel, shall we say, really, but really left out. If OVC can carry medium and wide widths so what about the rest of us.....? Is it that difficult to manufacture narrow shoes? I mean, it can't be that different than medium or wide. So ladies, if you are not happy with not being able to find narrow on Qvc, voice your opinion with me. In the meantime, I keep hoping.
