I purchased a bag on the bay using PayPal, I want to exchange it. The seller contacted me saying he would send me an invoice for the difference and shipping charges. Will I still be protected under PayPal in case the new purse doesn't work out. This is my first time ever exchanging something. I know alot of you shop on the bay and you will help me on how to handle this situation.
