I bought my first Coach bag when I was in college. It was a messenger type briefcase. I used that bag for years. I sent it back to Coach (through the store) to have it cleaned up and they told me that it was no longer under warranty.

They explained that the lifetime warranty applies to the bag, not how long you have it.

Get your flu shot...because I didn't.

My very first & LAST coach briefcase & pocket book. Both have served me well for over 40 years up till I retired. Back in da day, Coach had LIFETIME warranties. Unknown if they still do. Good thing I kept my paperwork & never needed their warranty. ${#emotions_dlg.thumbup}$

As you can see, Coach looks better w/age.

Everytime my daughter visits, she asks "am I ready to pass them on yet." My answer is always "He11 to da naw. Buy your own." ${#emotions_dlg.laugh}$

Hmmm. Someone didn't like your bags - the pics are missing ${#emotions_dlg.laugh}$ But I loved them! You have great taste. I have the same briefcase but in black; LOVE the red/cranberry you have. And the black handbag as well - classic!

Just an update that since I got my first Coach bag, I have gotten THREE more..all second-hand, but still! I think I am done..for now haha. Whew! I just love how there are so many different styles and colors and options. It's a problem!

I just found the Coach Edie (large version), which is SO like the Gili Roma 2, but ORGANIZED! Off to the Coach store to fondle it in person this morning:
