I'm so sad as my blush Roma has a mark on the front - an indent in the leather like something sat on it for a LONG TIME - I don't think it will come out with 'training' and even DH says its noticeable from across the room. The top edges are also uneven, but I could have lived with that. After all when its tucked under my arm filled with my stuff, that's only noticeable to me. I've been all over this bag checking stitches, hardware and leather pebbling but can't get past this large indention on the front. Sigh... Now I must call CS and tell them its defective and get put on waitlist for another blush. I'm tempted to choose another color as I don't want to receive a return blush.

BTW, the blush in the Roma II is a bit paler and a bit more pink than the backpack. Beautiful color. The backpack has more of a peachy tone, and the leather is way softer. I do love the backpack, however and I'm almost glad the color is a bit different, as it justifies ordering the Roma in the same color!

I received the Metallic Roma 2 TSV today. I already received the Blush and the Cream Snake. Since I have problems with the weight of the bag (just because I have back and shoulder problems), I plan to keep only one bag.

I decided to weigh the bags (without anything inside). The Cream Snake weighs the most (2 3/4 lbs), then the Metallic (2 1/2 lbs), and finally the Blush (2 lbs 5 oz). The Metallic seems the most pliable, but that could be because of the finish.

I just noticed cut marks on several strands of the tassel on the Metallic bag -- not all the way through, but almost like someone ran a knife across the tassel and it cut through the top finish. Gosh, and I was thinking of keeping the Metallic bag, since it would go with everything. I'll have to mark that one defective when I return it, so it doesn't go out to anyone else.

Now I'm waiting to receive the Natural Ostrich. I have high hopes for that one.

These are beautiful bags, and I just wish I would be able to carry them on a daily basis. I plan to keep one bag and return the other three. I'll use that bag if I need to tote a lot of stuff with me (papers, etc.). I'm not removing the plastic around the handles, so the bags I return can be put back in inventory, to fill wait list orders.

I received mine today, the natural and blush. The blush was the first one I unpacked. I fell in love with it when I saw it presented but having it now, it just didn't wow me. The color is nice but it just wasn't enough for me to want to keep it. It did have a small scratch on the front middle and the tassle wasn't nice and straight. It was extremely kinked up and it wasn't a good look. Also given the light color I'm afraid that any little scratch will really show up. The scratch on the front wouldn't have been noticebale on the natural or black. I will be sending this one back as I don't baby my bags. The ostrich however took my breath away! This looks so chic I just love it! It looks so good I can't believe the value. I'm so over the moon over this handbag. Tomorrow I'm getting the black. I think I will love it almost as much as the natural. I only have one black bag, it has silver hardware so I'm really hoping the black won't have any defects so that I can keep it.

Sammi...OMG..I had that same indentation on the front of my Blush, too!... I'm sure if the lining were removed and we could see the sueded side of the leather, there must be some funky defect. So sorry..I really know exactly how you feel...I ended up sending mine back.

I got the Cream Snake and Natural Ostrich. The Cream Snake was my first choice. The Natural Ostrich was a last minute decision. I wasn't as wowed by the Cream Snake once I unpacked both bags. I'm carrying it around now. The Natural Ostrich is beautiful. I'm worried about the handles. More so the ""plastic"" that is holding them together. Probably not the right term. I think the Cream Snake is going to go back. We shall see. I'll see how the Natural Ostrich holds up. I do love the size of the bag and it is a beautiful. I'm not lacking for handbags so if I get a new one it has to be bomb.com. Can't have any lukewarm feelings about it.

I just got the blush and it is perfect. I just love that thing. It is better than the first smaller Roma. I just adore these muddied pastels. So chic!

I have the blush snd cream snake. The blush is in perfect condition. I have one minor concern about the cream snake. It apoears that one of the handles on top has the snake finish rubbed off in a small section. It's also a section that is the light tone so I noticed it when unpacking. It is exactly where I woukd hold the handle, so it will get more wear. Does this look like a minor defect, I think yes. The rest of the bag is perfect. If it wasn't sold out, I woukd ask for an exchange. I want to keep it, and it is a minor flaw. Let me add that the size can easily accommodate a professional woman's needs. In the fully open tote option, I can fit my laptop, folders, portfolio, mini tablet, and a small handbag that holds my iphone, id/credit cards, lipstick. I love the blush color, but wonder too about scuffing and holding up to use. Anyone else have the same handle flaw on the snake bag? Would you return it if you had my bag?

Mine came also. I got the cream snake. The bag is gorgeous!!!! I put my things in the bag and they were lost! I didn't realize how huge that bag is! Although it breaks my heart, I think I am sending it back. I don't have enough stuff to put in it. I hope they come out with a smaller version!!!! I'm so glad you like yours! I feel so bad because my bag is beautiful!!!

Your post really helped me Tsukiko! I received mine in the natural ostrich a couple days ago and have had it in "training" and agree that it is such a gorgeous bag!! It is big, but I like large bags and this one is just too pretty to send back. The structure is a bit stiff, but I'm sure it will break in with use, and the leather is so quality and supple. I honestly couldn't be more pleased with it!! It's a bag that I can see using a lot and not having to baby it, and it looks like much more that it cost.

However, I am also on the wait list for the blush color, since that was my first choice and I couldn't make up my mind and then it was too late. After reading so many reviews of some issues with the leather and such, I am thinking of cancelling my order. I know I can be happy with the natural ostrich bag, and perhaps at a later date I will try the blush, it does sound like a pretty color, but I don't want the bother of waiting only to get a bag with defects and have to send it back.

Get yourself a purse organizer, or just get more stuff to put in it! Sorry, I'm being an enabler. It just seems a pity you like it so much but have to part with it. I was tempted by the cream snake as well, but went with the natural ostrich and am super happy with it, even though it is larger than most of my handbags. I am enjoying the larger bags because lately it seems I have to carry half my life around with me in paperwork and such, so it's easier to use one bag then carry a handbag and a tote. Even if you just carried a lipgloss, some gum and your wallet in it, you would look very chic!
