I just got an email from Nordstrom that they cannot fulfill my cognac satchel order! I called customer service right away and they do not have any left anywhere. I am going to get the tan instead and hope I like the color as much as the cognac. I don't know quite what to say about this anymore. They told me they could ship this bag to me yesterday and now today they don't have my color. Besides that, they now have to charge me a 2nd time for the bag and then refund me once they receive my damaged return. Not a huge deal, but another thing I need to keep an eye on to be sure it gets done. They can't expedite the shipping for me b/c it's not coming from the warehouse, which scares me b/c the damaged bag came from a retail store, too......and it came in a smooshed box, without any stuffing in the bag itself, plus it was scratched and spotted (probably from being handled in the store). Big sigh. I really hope I like the color in person and it's in good shape when I get it. Keep your fingers
