My Killer Fall Shoe!

[ Edited ]

Special Edition Dansko!  I'll wear this as sandals become too open for the season.

How do you change your shoe for the seasons?

Great shoe!  I love dansko clogs.  I wish I could wear open toe at work but no chance (lab)-  That would be my choice of shoe if i could!  Enjoy them.

That is a killer shoe and it looks comfortable. I'm retired so I can wear whatever shoes I want. I wear Birkenstocks in the hot summer, then change to sneakers late summer and I love boots come fall and winter.

I wear two types of shoes... sandals or clogs.  I even wear clogs in the wintertime for walking in not too deep snow.

if we have snow, I wear snow boots until it melts.  Then I am back to clogs.

Closed back shoes rub my heels and give me blisters and bloody scabby heels.  I had surgery on my left foot to correct the heel rub problem, but decided to forgo surgery on my right foot.  Wearing open back shoes is easier.

@ECBGi like the shoes you posted.  Perhaps they would not rub my heels too much?

@ECBG Those are amazing. I just might have to look into a pair of those. Coming on the boards has a habit of costing me a lot of money...LOL😊

It's a nice looking shoe.  I have never been able to wear shoes at that height.  I think I'm not coordinated enough.

@ECBG

Frequently you refer to Dansco shoes.  Is that the same brand as Dansko?

It really isn't much when you take off the platform.  The heel elevation is ok for my sciatic problem. I always have a back strap on shoes I wear in the store.  Smiley Happy

@ECBG

Thank you.

I know there are a lot of brands with similar names and I've seen you refer to it often.

The brands I can never keep straight are the ones with Soft or Sofft in the name.

Then there's the offshoots of brands that have been around for awhile.
