My Experience With Vera Bradely.com

You may think that QVC shipping and handling and return fees are unreasonable but when you have to deal with other companies you may think twice before you complain.

I ordered one weekender bag from Vera Bradely.com because QVC didn't carry the color I wanted. It took over ten days to get the package which was shipped via Fex Ex but arrived with my regular postal carrier and left outside the screen door. There no record of my order and no tracking information because VB.com told me I ordered the item without signing in to my account online---Not true! I did sign in.

There was no record of my order. When I called CS, I was told I needed the order # to track the package. I had no order # because it wasn't listed in my order status. The rude customer service rep asked me why I didn't write it down-lol, like you write down order #'s when you have the account on line and can see it on your order status page with any other company!

I decided I didn't like the item and their return rules are: The item must be returned in New and unused condition. You had to log in to the website and down load the Return form and fill it out --again with the order# that the CS rep wouldn't give me! I finally got her to give me the order# after three calls, and printed out the form. You have to return the item in new condition with the RA form, in the original box and pay to return it insured. It cost me $13.45 to return an item that should have cost less than $8. I can only imagine how long it will take to get the refund processed back to my card---we shall see.

Needless to say that is the last time I order from Vera Bradely.com and I won't buy any of her items again!
