Why aren't brands like Earth Origins, Dansko, Alegria, Vionics, Issac Mizrahi offering shoes in extra wide widths, especially for the cold weather?  There was an Earth Origins bootie on air this p.m. that I would have loved to have purchased but not available in extra wide.

They only offer the extra wide in those less expensive (cheap) brands (e.g., Easy Street, etc.)

What about the rest of us???

Please bring on more extra wide in the better brands.

Not that many people wear extra wide. That's why you don't usually see that on QVC.   Why don't you try Footsmart?  Some of the their shoes/boots come in extra wide width.  Their wides are C, D & E.  C is just a little wide, D is wide (the most common size) and then E  (the extra wide)

I used to sell shoes during college.pts of people need wide and extra wide. Some don't even know they do....just look at all the foot problems people have caused by shoes that are too narrow. I think shoes used to commonly come in B (medium), AA,AAA,Quad(AAAA), C ,and D. I know they don't offer much variety anymore. That's too bad for our feet.

How about more narrow widths?  I guess there are more people who need mediums, wide and wide-wide widths, but I can't be the only one who requires narrow.  When shoes were sized by letters for widths, I needed a quad A, that's really narrow!  Please QVC, don't ignore those of us with slim feet!

I also wear a wide and found a good selection at Easy Spirit.

I didn't like thong sandals but bought a pair called Sunbeam that came in wide.

I really like these and they are comfy.

The one thing that I don't like to see on any woman is when her foot hangs over the edge of the sandal. Tacky but I even see it in magazines.

Would like to see some extra wide widths, particularly in Ryka and Earth brands. It is frustrating to tune into shoe programs and not be able to purchase styles you like in the comfortable brands.
