Most of the ladies are complaining about the shipping cost.  I personally do not care for the boot and wonder what women will do when the studs fall off.

When a sales rep tells you to go up 1/2 size if you are wearing thick skcks, that is a big red flag. It means the shoes are not true to size no matter how they try to spin it. Why would you pay almost $13 for shipping when so many sites offer free shipping. I think the draw is easy pay but that has consequences if you are not careful. I don't find these boots attractive. I agree about the studs

I have 3 pair of Marc Fisher boots and I alway get my regular size of 11 W and have no problems with the fit.  I wear mine with tights and trouser socks.

The Sam Edleman PENNY is a comparable style. It comes in widths and wide calf. Free ship with Nordstrom. I have and like and wear my true size with medium socks.
