Mally's Watch

I've often admired Mally's watch and tried to see what it was, to no avail. Anyone know? Looks pretty...looks like stainless steel with a pink face, boyfriend style panther link...and no bling around the face. I like the look of it and just trying to see what it is. TIA...in case anyone knows!
