Luggage Pros question

Ladies, how long does it usually take for you to receive your bags from Luggage Pros?I just placed my first order with them yesterday. I ordered a Dillen 2 Satchel and they told me it would take 3 weeks to receive the bag!!!!!!! I was like WHAT? Then the lady said it says that it may take several weeks on their website and that they order from Dooney directly, it comes to them first, and then they send to the customer.

Looking for some feedback..I know many of you order from there.
