Hello Ladies!

I just discovered this forum last night and I am SO excited about it! Smiley Happy

I got my first DB bag about a month ago and it was the LOGO LOCK one. I wasn't "in love" with it when it arrived but after a few days I decided I do love it!

Although, I have to agree it's not ideal - no outside pockets, hard to get into it due to the handle being in the way, and it is a bit heavy....However, I found some positives as well!

The fact that there is just one handle makes it easier to carry over your shoulder - no worries about one handle falling off all the time! And it looks medium size but it can carry a lot!

Of course, I have yet to find a "perfect" bag but seems like it simly does not exist! That's why all of us keep buying more and more ;-) Different bags for different occasions.....

I would LOVE to see a DB bag with a separating zipped compartment in the middle of the bag!!!!!!!! AND I want more bags with longer handles!!!!!! I am SO not a strap/short handles girl! I love some of the satchels and the style itself, but who carries their bags in their hand or in the crook of their arm???? I mean, if you do, please share -- how is it even comfortable??? I am curious to know! Smiley Happy

I received this bag as a gift. It's not my favorite bag, but I love the kiss lock that came with it, and the extra inside pocket! It's soft, but still maintains its shape. I haven't had any issue with the logo clasp. While I prefer my satchels, I love variety, too. It's been a fun bag in a fun color.

Check out the Chelsea Shopper. Middle zipper compartment, handles and a shoulder strap... It's a great bag. Oh and incidentally, I carry most of my bags in my hand or in the crook of my arm!

I really appreciate the suggestion but the problem I have with this bag - a snap closure instead of a zipper and I'm not too fond of the design...it looks too simple for my taste.... Smiley Sad probably why I didn't notice it while I browsed through DB bags on this site like 100 times to find a bag I would like Smiley Wink

My favorite of all times was this one...

http://www1.macys.com/shop/product/giani-bernini-handbag-glazed-leather-dome-tote?ID=496678&Category...

A lot of compartments inside for easy organization, double zipper for easy access to your bag, plenty of outside pockets, and it's leather!!!! AND the straps are a perfect length!!!! Everything I am looking for in a bag.....except the design.... I got tired of it..... oh well, I may end up buying a new one again since it's so close to my perfect bag Smiley Happy

Thank you again for your suggestion! Much appreciated. Smiley Happy

Oh, and BTW, I apologize for poor reply/no quote.... I tried to type this on my Kindle Fire 3 times...this forum doesn't seem to function very well on my kindle...

Ok.... I'm back after watching the video for the Chelsea Shopper and I gotta say I changed my mind. Lol. I love this bag!! Love the white/black combination but the sand/black is pretty cool on the video as well. And it's not even that expensive! Tempting.... Smiley Wink although I really wish it had a zipper closure to close the entire bag completely..... hmmm.... I just hope that if I order it now, it won't be somebody's returned bag... (read too many previous posts last night Smiley Wink)

Ok, I just cancelled my zip flap foldover bag I ordered yesterday and ordered the sand/white Chelsea Shopper instead. Saved $60 and gained more functionality Smiley Happy although I want that super secret compartment too Smiley Wink maybe I can get it on sale later.... Thank you, again, stevieb! Smiley Happy

Edit: I watched the video with this bag a few more times Smiley Wink gotta say this is the first bag I'd consider buying in multiple colors - love sand/black, white/black, and even the Orange which isn't a color I ever wear or buy in anything! I love how it has matching handles...or they look almost like orange....and whatever the "French coutour" means Smiley Wink

I love reading all these different comments and opinions. I for one LOVE this bag but I've had good and bad luck with it. A few years ago I owned three of the Logo Lock and they were perfect! I hadn't carried them for a while, since like many of you all, I have soooo many beautiful handbags. Well in a horrible lapse of judgement I donated many of my bags. Yep, all three of my Logo Locks. Ohhhh how silly I was. I have since ordered the red one again and within three weeks the lock fell off. Back it went, but I'm still coveting this bag. I don't know why this bag has such a strong pull for me. I've been stalking this several times a day and ordered the Bone colored one the other day. I can't wait to receive it and am so hoping the lock is a good one. You would think that after the reviews regarding the broken locks they would have fixed the problem by now. I used to love satchels but lately have come to love the hobos with one wide strap. They stay on my shoulder perfectly and do not hurt my back. For some reason carrying a bag in the crook of my arm pulls on my back, even though I love that look of carrying a bag best. Just not for me. I also received the upcoming Oryany hobo bag yesterday! OMG a beauty!!!
