Glad you saw my other post, MeganRose.

As for why this applicable only in California, it's that we have state legislation (Prop 65) that requires, among other things, warning labels on any product that includes anything that is on the list of potentially dangerous substances.

Thanks, Megan Rose, for the post. Like to be an informed consumer, and with all of the pesticides and chemicals in our food, home and health care products, it's good to not only know, but to be reminded. Everyone should learn and make up their own minds.
