L'Artiste Order

Ordered them from Spring Step site and was kind of surprised at the packaging.  The shoebox was torn top to bottom on three corners and there was a wad of chewed gum on the box.  Ewwwww.  This is a first for me.

 

I have ordered from this site a dozen or more times.

I have ordered L'Artiste several times before...that is definately not the norm for me  FYI...I  love their boots.

I'd either call them for free shipping back, or a price adjustment to keep them.
