I looked at this item number but these sneakers don't appear to be the same as what Kirsten was wearing.  Thanks for your suggestion though!

She mentioned on FB that they are by Sorel, "Campsneak."  There were several neutral colors, but it looks like they are on clearance so certain colors/sizes are sold out.
