I believe that Marc Fisher is the manufacturer for the Xcel shoe brand Isaac Mizrahi Live! so it wouldn't be a stretch that Xcel Brands has expanded all of their lines to include shoes. I would guess that Fisher would be making those other shoe brands sold on the Q including H by Halston, C. Wonder, and Judith Ripka.
