I bought these glasses in January. They were on 4 easy pays...paid off the last of April! Loved these glasses! I was shopping and put them on and they snapped in half. I was upset...surely they should have lasted longer then 4 months? I called CS and they told me there was nothing they could do. I would think that JR would have had some kind of warranty. Anyway, lesson learned..no more sales from the Q for me. I have been a loyal shopper since the 80's..so much for quality. When I read the reviews, I saw many others had the same problem.
